CET - Middle East Studies and

CET Jordan: Internship

Pursue an internship at an organization in Amman such as the Middle East Children's Institute or the Near East Foundation. Take intensive Arabic language classes and a Middle East studies elective taught in English. A community of devoted staff, experienced faculty, local roommates and Arabic language partners provides unwavering support. This is a well-rounded program for students of all Arabic language levels, even absolute beginners.

Pursue an Internship. Improve your Arabic. Study the Middle East.

  • Custom Internship placements
  • Intensive Arabic language courses (MSA and Jordanian dialect) that complete at least one year of Arabic in a term
  • Official Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) scores for a résumé or graduate school application
  • Jordanian roommates and Arabic language partners
  • Full support from on-site staff
  • No language prerequisite
